Ya'll need to understand.... Tyler showed up at the lake on Saturday with a half built ski lol... ok maybe 3/4. He was like "Hay Guise... wanna halp???" He was missing parts... borrowing parts... And had DM over there showing him how to adjust that top secret Xscream "Canooter Valve" on that 900. I think I saw a bottle of unicorn pee being used to prime the motor. I can't be certain though. It was a full on thrash.

So he didn't just show up and throw it in the water and flip it... no no no... he finished building it for about 2-3 hours and THEN tuned it, all on Sat. I'm guessing he really wanted to ride... haha...

So were the boats on Sunday? Or was it off your own wake?

x2 on video. You had your first Chan flips on video... come on slacker!

Haha yeah I was happy to het it on the water this weekend. When I showed up I honestly didn't expect to. The first few flips were off a boat wake and its crazy how fast that thing rotates. The water was super choppy and I was having trouble getting a nice setup wake but I was able to get a few 180 to flips

Building a ski in the bed of a truck at the lake while DM is in the background flippin his dvx1200. Tyler wont give up until its right. Cant wait to see you riding the surf. I might have to make another trip to Lewisville this weekend.

I was very impressed with the ride. Its easy to ger the nose up then use the front foothold and it chases a boat in the chop no problem. Its going to take some getting used to on how quick it steers

Well I got my new tank in just in time for the freeride! Gonna work on getting it assembled and mounted this week. I may need to add a few inserts for tank straps. Anyone ever drill and tap part of the bed plate to add a tank strap hook?

I drilled and tapped my bedplate for a battery bracket hold down so I can't see a problem with drilling and tapping it for a tank strap hook.

What are you calling a bedplate? I know on a kawasaki its the plate that bolts to the bottom of the engine...

I call them engine mount plates... And I drilled and tapped them to relocate my engine mounts. No big deal.
