Like everyone says get a 701 superjet ride it for a bit, make a few upgrades. Then when ready your only a hull away from what you want. Don't take a loan or anything. Just spend a little every month. Am hulls are getting cheaper as more are made and supply outgrows the demand. You can already find bobs for 3k and rickters in the 4 range. They will only get cheaper.

Also that rickter should have a mag pump and an ice cream engine for that price.
