well looks like i will be in for the hot hole and if i can find some hotels/ motels i will be in for canada too. i just got back from a fishing trip in canada and had no problems at the border with passports.

i cant wait!!!!!

passport needed

The boarder crossing might be changing................. There is a new program that will require a passport. I'm not sure when it goes into affect, I believe this summer.

I have sent my daughter in Canada for the summer and she needed a passport also a note from parent for traveling with someone else.

no need for a hotel dude, after canada just come to my place to party. I have plenty of room for people to crash. lots of carpet space upstairs, two couches, and the entire downstairs of my barn. ill have four airmattresses setup down there and if you want you can bring one to.

I have a bathroom, just a sink and toliet, no shower. hopefully i will have the hottub running by then.

I will have a large bonfire outside, beerpong, horseshoes, and lots of beer drinking.

if anyone else has any suggestions just let me know and ill see what i can do. If there are enough people showing up, ill get a keg or two and you can all pitch in a few clams.

im working on directions. my place is 24 min. away from the hothole will that be close enough? as far as i know i live the closest and we cant really party in the hotel parking lot

not sure exactly where we are riding in canada if anyone has a close adress i will mapquest it. for the hothole i just used the address from a nearby cafe

Jamie, I think the riding area is Ipperwash. Its about 2 3/4 hours away from you in Toledo.

so what do you guys think? is my place close enough for the after party? might be a little out of the way but we can do whatever we want here, plenty of parking space for vehicles and skis. everything will be safe, i live in the country on a dead end road. let me know what you guys think and i will start a new thread if a get + responses.

Well ******** I guess FSF is my only event this year, ski or no ski, I will be there!
I was hoping to make it to Wave Rave but as of now I dont know if my new impeller is going to work out so we'll see. But I am definiately in for FSF!

If anyone wants to meet at my place either to save gas or because you are worried about your trailers not being registered(some other states dont require it) I have 2 trailers that will fit 9 skis each. I cant fit that many people in my truck but i will have more than enough room for extra skis. shoot me a pm and we can work something out!

Silly question here. How do you register a trailer in state that doesn't require it for trailers under X length. In Kansas trailers have to be X long before you register them or get paperwork/title/tags. This was an issue that cost me some $ in Mexico . . . I said "Registration isn't required in Kansas. (in spanish) He said "You're not in Kansas." $150 later we we were on the road.
