Weight?
Cost?
Type of bottom deck SJ, SXR, custom ?
Pump setup?
Motor options?

Is it gonna be available in the states? if so when?

97 lbs is wicked heavy comparing your compitition. With the BOB at 75 lbs and the FS-1 at 77 lbs are you still working on losing weight.

Why can't you tell us the price??

My guess is he would need to know the details of what hull you are interested in and what all you want with it. There appears to be alot of un answered questions so determining a price is prolly not as simple as throwing a number.

Will it require a custom intake grate or intermediate shaft / housing. Kawi pump or SJ pump, what tank will fit. What lay up you want, what outer finish and inner finish and what foot holds if any? Its not as simple as posting a price up that fits all on hulls.

They posted a price on a BOB but everyone I know that has one is WAY off in final costs from that initial #.

97# does seem heavy but I assume that is hood and all and the cheapest route as far as layup.

How much? And can you run a sj engine in this?

His previous post said this one was set up for GP ( I assume thats a 66E SJ motor) The bigger question is WHAT PUMP. The motor is easily minipulated and easy to set up for any motor. The pump on the other hand is what is CRITICAL to know.

Let me rephrase my previous statement on the PRICE OF A HULL.

What I am saying is that whitout knowing EXACTLY what you want in a hull it is hard to post up a price that is one size fits ALL. It is not fair to this guy to demand a price for "A HULL". Post up a scenario of what you want and then let him quote it. Or better yet send him a pm and discuss it.

Using the BOB example was (I guess not fair) same scenario with any hull. Is it fair to sa "A RICKTER is $6500" no because it could be $7500 if you want carbon or the added front bondline or whatever.

Not knowing exactly what you want has stopped anyone from posting a price in the past. Engine builders and hull builders both do it. I can understand that he can't give us a hard number to cover shipping, assembly, etc. but that doesn't mean he can't give us a base price for the intro version plus hood. That's all anyone is really asking. They want to know the basic cost for the carbon version and the fiberglass version. Engine builders don't include the price of case machining that you will need or the new head instead of stock to accomodate the larger bore. Hull builders don't include padding, turf, paint, or sometimes even footholds. The additional costs are just part of the package that we all know (or should know) will be extra.

On a side note though, I could never see myself spending thousands of dollars on a hull that only weighs slightly less than a stock hull.
