Has anyone actually ever received a brand new am hull and all their parts on time from the original due date? If so from who? Keyword; original agreed upon date. Just curious
LOL. I certainly have not.
I have heard about multiple people getting stuff from the Ski Clinic on time. Ordering Rickters can be pretty timely if you order from a dealer that has it in stock.
But getting one custom built - Ski Clinic is the only one I know of. There are probably others.
Ya know what.... Fcuk it. Fcuk this petty BS.
I don't need the battery box. It's all about principle, and that's out the window. I'm tired of trying. Steve and Josh want to change the subject and act like victims, lol Josh is incorrectly calling out other people just to justify Steve's behavior. Retarded.... You're not helping anyone Josh.... Stop 'defending' Steve. You're burying him.
Some other Chan owners don't seem to care about my issue, perhaps they prefer to be ignored etc. IDK, I guess the industry standard will live on, missed ship dates and no communication. It surely will if that's what everyone accepts.
But I'm tired of being pissed. I'm tired of the lack of commitment. It is beyond me why I can't get a "Ill make your part Thursday and ship it Friday." I mean why. is. it. so. damn. hard.?
Im letting Steve know our deal is final. Ill make my own box, and hopefully I can buy a spare ride plate but that's up to him.
I'm not paying until I get a tracking number.
Last time I'm gonna mention this. I love my hull. Quality is top notch and its beyond gorgeous. It's the service/ communication portion of our transaction that let me down. This is based on my personal expectation. Other people may have different expectations. Hopefully Steve can find a way to continue to produce great product and still keep in touch with his customers.
That's the #1 problem with the Trendsetterz brand (in my worthless opinion): taking any small criticism as an all out attack on the entire thing. Relax, take a step back, see what can be done to improve things.
WWALBD? (What would a legitimate business do?)
Things not to do: Going ape$hit on your current and potential future customers in a public forum.
Once ya'll grow up and figure out how not to act like young punks without etiquette, you'll do a lot better from a business perspective.
Take it for what it's worth (free advice, hey!) Again, not picking on you. Your product is great, your prices are even better. Get the rest of it in line and succeed.
