if a multi meter confirms that reading you were mailed a bad battery...it should never be discharged to zero imo.

"All my batteries come fully charged also when did you buy the battery? And either that means your charger is not working or the battery is stone cold dead which generally doesnt happen naturally even uncharged activated batteries have about 10 to 11 volts in them already"
How can I just work around this fast!? How do you activate a battery? can I just charge it from another batt or something?

I would be calling my credit card company if that thing has no volts...
"I have never had one of these batteries come with zero volts its almost scientifically possible since they are brand new from the factory within a month or so, that is unless the factory did charge the battery at all but that is very unlikely and like i said i have never seen it. I reccomend getting your battery tested by someone local that can test batteries or actually using a volt meter your charger could have something wrong with it. But if it doesnt have voltage just ship it back to me and i will send you another one. Please see my return policy on the listing."

It is scientifically impossible to be at 0 volts unless an internal connection at the post is broken which is pretty unlikely.
