Been in/out/in/out of the sport for 30 years now, and find myself re-building a SF badass again. Bought it just to ride occasionally and before I knew what was going on, I had it completely disassembled.
I remembered seeing this hull in the past and wanted to keep the paint job even though it’s tired. But needed to do a few things like fix water lines, repair and paint bottom, and replace almost all parts… so why stop there, might as well try a new motor.
Fixing past repairs and scars from having fun on the bottom was first, actually finished it a few months ago.
Titled it too, so goal is to hopefully getting it on the water before I need to renew the CA registration
