Other Hitch Hauler Lets see everyone's Hitch Hauler pics and setups

Haven't looked through all of the posts, but I see a lot of creative designs. Do any of you guys use your haulers for a motorcycle when you're not hauling your ski? I have mine set up that way but don't have any pictures with me at this moment.

This is the Ez-Ski v2 carrier with class 3 receiver built into the rear to tow with .. similar to above post however the ski carrier is lower and a bit easier to launch that way . This is behind a newish toyota 4runner

I built my hitch hauler out of roll bar tubing so I could fill the bed of my truck, haul the jet ski and boat
Nice. So any big deal towing all that?

I towed this setup up to Priest last summer from Liberty Lake. The truck ran a little warm, too much considering I didn't even pull up any big hills. So I have a class 5 receiver on the truck now so I can put the hitch hauler in the back & the boat behind it. Then if we go to Banks or the Gorge, it shouldn't be a problem.

No it doesn’t slide in the hitch I put new holders under the truck and welded to the hitch

I can launch the boat and crank the wheel and turn (it is a long box so it does take an acre to turn in)

Interesting. So it's permanently attached?

And people bitch about guys leaving their hitch in the receiver even though their not using it. They must be calling 911 on you with that on the truck everyday! ;)

Not to jinx any of us, but do insurance companies consider our skis to be 5 or 10 mile per hour bumpers?
Kind of a dumb question. Are you asking if they consider the ski to be a part of the car that might need to be replaced in an accident? The answer is no, of course not.
It's not any different than if the ski was damaged in an accident with the ski in the bed of a truck or on a trailer.

Actually my question was (what now appears to have failed) attempt at being whimsical. No hard feelings in either direction I hope. I love this forum. I was able to sell a ski here last month which isn't easy to do this time of year in Michigan.

No sweat. Yea, the ski is definitely out there & could be hit if your not careful. I don't usually drive around town or park at Walmart with the ski on the rack. When I do need to park some place with it on there & I am pretty careful to position it so others can't nail it, ie; park at the edge of the lot with the ski overhanging the grass around the lot.

I use the rack when I'm taking the ski to the marina, lake, campsite, etc. Then it's off the rack & in the water. The fact that I can get the ski on/off by myself & don't have any extra tires or licensing to mess with makes it pretty attractive.

I can get a carrier out to you in just a couple days ( the closer we get to summer the longer the wait is ) Absolutely the easiest way to transport, launch and retrieve your ski
grab the v2 version and tow a trailer behind that ski!!
