Here are current pics of my cylinder. Exhausts widened, and bottoms modified. Oh yeah, those ports are not chamfered yet. I haven't touched the cylinder since picking it up from boring, and then I moved.

Matt_E how much did you take out on the side of the cylinder skirts (circle in red)? Looks like they've been modded.

I use the chamfer that is cast into the sleeve as a guide. I trim off the chamfered area then make a new chamfer/radius on the edge.

I was looking at the Seadoo 951 Cylinder Bottom End and it comes like this from the Factory: Sleeve Sides "lower" than the Cylinder Bottom Deck with the Port Divider even lower or shorter.
