Super Jet "Hot Tuna" squarenose build

Decided to do a facelift on a ski I had behind my shed. This will have a lowered hood, carter b rocker and in the process of building a 4 mil stroker 62t. Made a lot of progress today, all stickers removed, hood liner removed and hull sanded

PROGRESS!!
Got the tray cut out and will be widening.cut the exhaust out of the way for the footholds, there will be a 90 so it will exit out the rear side. Hood has some foam and will be adding a trim tube before foaming the rear

You should do all aluminum welded tubing from the bulkhead to the exit. So no chances joint leaks in the tray

This is cut and de foamed, lots of water in the foam!

Bach, I am redoing all the tubing and will be re sealing the bulkhead for that reason. Which exit are you referring to?

The exhaust exit. Which way are you going out with it?

Oh alright ya for sure needing to get the 90 on there and see what it looks like. I am going to have it come out the side about a foot from the rear

We can weld up a 90 so there is no rubber in there. Or even 45 it out and make a custom exit.

45* FTW. Less back pressure possible and obviously bad-ass. Should do a single to twin to quad Stainless side pipes like the old war birds. The danger level would help with backflips im sure ;)

That is an awesome idea!!! I'll even sharpen them just for added danger factor
