Decided to do a facelift on a ski I had behind my shed. This will have a lowered hood, carter b rocker and in the process of building a 4 mil stroker 62t. Made a lot of progress today, all stickers removed, hood liner removed and hull sanded

Figment is almost there. Foam for the good is almost dry, used lord fusor flex foam and that was a waste of $45

PROGRESS!!
Got the tray cut out and will be widening.cut the exhaust out of the way for the footholds, there will be a 90 so it will exit out the rear side. Hood has some foam and will be adding a trim tube before foaming the rear

You should do all aluminum welded tubing from the bulkhead to the exit. So no chances joint leaks in the tray

Bach, I am redoing all the tubing and will be re sealing the bulkhead for that reason. Which exit are you referring to?

We can weld up a 90 so there is no rubber in there. Or even 45 it out and make a custom exit.

I'm thinking the 45 so it's not such an extreme angle. Actually I think the kawi side exits are 45 degrees.

Trying to avoid any rubber just for assurance of no leaking

45* FTW. Less back pressure possible and obviously bad-ass. Should do a single to twin to quad Stainless side pipes like the old war birds. The danger level would help with backflips im sure
