You know how things used to be in the 954, so much has happened localy since then that I cant and wont get that far into this, I went as far as I will go in my last post. I may have missed some posts, but I feel like the WFC hardcores are jut getting snippy that people are shifting towards a new product.

On this site, especialy in threads like this, wording of a response must be perfect, otherwise things always get taken the wrong get scrutinized. Its harder to post in these threads and be "politicaly correct" than it is to write an english paper. For that reason, I am not going to venture into the why there was a change of heart and say within the locals. That is a whole nother world of internet hell I dont dare venture to. I've watch all day and figured I'd give my 2 cents
1st- stand up are back. Of my core crew (6 guys) I'm the only 1 that posts. So there's thousands more out there.
2. I see where Steve is coming from. He's worked hard to build his business.
As a business owner I understand his fustration of a whore entering the market. Right now WD is whoring the market with low cost products. We've all watched WD roller coaster for the past what 4years. It looks like he has some nice products so why give them away. It's not smart business. History usually repeats itself, so time will tell

4. I think it's great that motor builder & shop owner's are active in these boards. I give them the utmost respect and would choose them to buy from before someone else.
5. people think 96+ sj are the only thing that matters

yes I am, and many others should do the same. There would be no purpose to getting in to that excpet to make people look bad on both sides of the spectrum.

Too hell with reputation. If I was a potential constumor of these companies, I would base my purchase on quality and price, because this internet stuff realy means nothing.

i see where youre coming from but if the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth were told, only one side of the spectrum would look bad, so i understand your position.

That brings back crazy memories of my neighbor growing up. I had long hair and the old guy always called me a girl and that I sit to pee.

I see stand ups all the time where I ride on the Colorado River from Lake Mohave to Lake Havasu. I have 3 but also have 2 sit to pees. The squatters don't get much use though.

I read through all these pages and all I can say is damn I misses the sale... LOL I will have to see if I can get that special "exteneded sale date" Since these are the only foot holds that I will run since I sold my ski I need another pair.

Well 2 things I started riding standups about 6 years ago and there wasn't another running standup within 60 miles of my lake. So I bought one not running and got it running now after all the intrest and questions there are about 10 other standup riders at our lake now and I am the only one that post on the boards.

So I also think standups are making a come back and the only thing lower pirces will do is drive the cost of modifying a standup down to where the weekend basher can afford it. Which will make it that much more intresting to go ride.

for one of the youngest members here he has figured out that sometimes you dont have to go run off at the mouth to get your opinion shown......... That by doing so whether you are right or wrong is not going to change anything.......... Starting Drama or Finishing drama is not always what is best for the site............ glad to see that someone gets it............

there's a reason why no other companies comes here...and many of you have showed why!...Personally, I am fed up with defending my products and actions continiously. So I'm going to focus on what's important for me right now...my family and my bussiness and leave this site permanently!! It seems to me that many here are divided...and that's a real shame.

Just like me, Paul is fed up with all of this crap too!! It really gives our sport a bad name. I'm sure if we were to meet at the water , nobody would be concerned about who said what but instead , talk about riding and having a blast and enjoying the day. :beerchug:
