I made one last weekend along with hoodstraps, very simple. Picked up some rope from Bass Pro and stainless hardware from Lowe's. I put a u bolt in the bottom of my panel and an eye bolt into the pole to attach it to. I love cheap mods!

They are also easy to make. I just got some cam straps from the camping section of Bass Pro (I think it's for kayaking or something). From there I got a grommet kit from Lowe's and pressed a grommet into either end. The top goes to the bracket for the hood, the bottom goes to the u bolt that my hood strap is on. Then I just trimmed them to length.
