Mine started off great with my first flip at Daytona, got a few more in through april then very little progression the rest of the year. To many financial/mechanical/time setbacks this year. Things are looking better in 2008!

Hoping to run a 66e in 2008 and work on some filp variations and some over the bar tricks. Oh, and figure out that front flip.

2007 was good. First time on an SJ. Took a little while to de-Kawisize my riding style. Got some easy tricks under my belt. Starting doing half hearted nose stabs and busted my handlepole/bracket on one attempt. No biggee, got a better pole now.

Would like to be doing clean stabs with regularity and at least one roll by the end of 2008.

Over the bar tricks are easy...just find any group of good looking women, ride past and stare at them..there will INEVITABLY be a sand bar in directly ahead of you

07 sucked for me. I ended up breaking my foot in 4th of july weekend and didnt get back on the water till september so I missed most of the season. I am hopping 08 is a rocking year for me.

07 year was a blast, could of rode some more. But good.

08 going to give 100% to helping more people and whatever I can do !
Going to Rock... have all my crew with new solid equipment.

As for the front flip.... that is something that I would not try if I were you. I dont doubt that some one could get it, but it hurts when you try more than any other trick.. I only tried a couple... good lord... Watch that ski Bro ! I did a little :17:

I know how you feel. Broke my ankle July 30 only ridden twice since the injury. I can walk, but jumping and running is still quite painful. Hoping I will be better for the 08' season. I have a New Flat-top motor with T/L and all I can do is putt around on flat water. Wake jumping is out of the question, landings are very painful.

Not a bad year for me, got the X2 running like a raped ape after months of tuning. Picked up a 98 rn mid season so just getting adapted to it, but no footholds all summer and poor off idle response made it difficult to do much but do river runs. 08 the rn will have a complete surf makeover from head to toe, should be good for flatwater freestyle and surf with all the changes.

'07 wasn't bad. I came back from overseas and started working on a RN I picked up from Butch. It wasn't a bad ski but i just wish it was in better shape to start with. I got in a couple months of good ride time before I started having issues with it. I ended up parting it out and picking up an '06 RN. It's looking up for '08.

This is going to be the year of the slash and re entry for me. This will be my first year riding with tubbies. I am going to have a full blown surf boat this year, before my ski was still lacking a couple of essential surf parts. I will literally have everything done to my boat except for breaking into the engine. My engine will probably be pretty tired by next winter, so I rebuild will probably be needed before next season.

I'm hoping that my back will hold up this year also.

07 was a fun year for me. I pulled several new tricks that I had not been able to do before. The X-jet I built was nice but was a bit hard to handle as it was a little too loose for my liking. I spent more time building than riding this year, but made nice jumps in both reguards. I did a couple WFWA shows which was a blast and plan on doing a couple more this summer.

I am stoked for 2008! Building a new ENVY hull with a 927cc 66e motor. I think the ENVY will handle a little more to my liking and the 66e will make more power than my lamey set up. Hoping to settle with this package for a while as I really want to focus soley on riding this year.

07 was a pretty good year for me. Rode like crazy. Hit 5 races and placed well. Got my surf boat together and had a ton of fun riding with the Caker & BL crew.
Can't wait for 08. Plan to get my limited ready to race. Also need to make more trips down to Corsons to rip with Alex, Ant, Teric, and Joe B. & the fx1 mafia.

Great year! Bought my first SJ, a SN, and handed down the 750sx to my son
Got out 67 times to the lake so a little over 150 hours on the ski.
Had to rebuild the carbs and tinker a little, but no big issues.
Getting better at riding bit by bit.
Next year, I want to ride more, maybe hit the salt water, ride different lakes
and expand my trick list :bigok:

Right now I am attending brapaholics anonymous meetings
to get me through the withdrawal and this tough time (winter) :17:

Happy New Year :fest30:

This year was great except for the jetski part of it lol. I rode a total of about 4 times all year, not because of any other reason than family coming first. This year I hope to ride ALOT more and bring the baby around with me to all the different riding areas and beaches.
