big sloppy joloppy fun stuff today at ponce inlet. no lie waves were breaking over the red tower at the end of daytona side jetty which is like 3/4 mile out at least. that tower looked easy 20 ft tall. i was scared for real for the first time since Bill and got stuck in some massive waves going straight into the rocks getting air going DOWN the face!!!! saw sharks dolphin manatee and this big arse tarpon which about hit me at like 30 mph!
waves really got clean end of the day high tide. first break out on new smyrna side of jetty was boosting up consistent 7-8 ft faces that were breaking top to bottom most fun since BILL,,,but no comparison. hopefully i can get some more pics posted from others who were out.
