Freestyle Hydro-turf bad service

Hey Guys, dont know what else to do but ordered some turf off the hydro-turf website two weeks ago, I havent heard anything back sent three emails to them regarding the order and left a few messeges on the answer phone.

Has anyone got any ideas of what I can do or can anyone else supply me turf?

That is about normal for them, they are EXTREMELY slow in processing orders. Especially if you have custom colors. Hang in there, you will get your stuff for sure. Great product, email is the best way to communicate with them.

If you can cancel, there are plenty of other places that stock black diamond.

I buy all my turf now from Hot Products and it ships immediatly . They (hot products) told me about the huge delays from HT so they decided to stock a huge amount in their inventories. The only problem is that you have to be a HP dealer!!

i always order direct and it is kind of a pain....we had an issue with shipping an order last week and apparently they have some new meat in the shipping department and having some growing pains.....


I love HT's products but its hard to not at least try blacktip seeing as its an hour away from home

Yea my mom has some of there stuff on her ski. It feels a lot different but seems to give as good if not better grip. I personally dont care for it but she says she loves it

Ive seen all the black tip samples in person and their regular "turf" copy types look and feel pretty good.
Those other designs they have with the neons and all the wierd stuff just looks and feels like crap. I cant see them holding up, not to mention the feel slick too!

But i would try the regular for sure.

My mom got some of there special stuff that feels slick but once your actually riding it the way it feels changes to a lot more grippy

he did not put a "the" in there! ... therefore it must be just "chit"!

I also have the black tip samples at my shop and that stuff does feel weird...maybe i'll test it with some water and see! regardless, it's cheaper and much much easier to get!

Right, the two-tone HT isn't very good. The top layer peels off.

it does not feel like HT, it actually feels like it would be slippery, but I hear it is actually pretty good.
