I can't find a FX1 locally, and this has a pipe. Just wondering how much it would cost to repair it if the engine & electrical system is bad? Not sure what to look for that could be bad?

Cheapest way would be to gut a 701 couch that has a running 61x motor and good electronics. Around this time in Michigan you can find those everywhere dirt cheap. Rebuild the carb, slap the pipe on and brap
Edit: and might I add, most of these 701 turd vxr's come with a trailer you can sell and get some $$$ back

It's safe to assume that everything is roached and that is why people are saying offer so low. You'd be very lucky if the motor and electronics were any good. Just my thoughts. If you're stuck on this ski, go for it. But just don't get hosed and pay too much for a roached Fx1
