Surf ready Superjet or FX1.....
I give that advice because if I could start over again I would gladly take a 701 sn with a pipe and a mag pump. Have a max of $2500/$4000 invested and keep the $17500/$16000 for other toys. I wish I could have it all back and start over.
Now that is a true statement right there. Two RN superjets. You will have more fun riding two stock skis with a buddy than you ever will by yourself on one awesome ski.

Find friends thAt are t freeloaders. Free ride is a sport, not when a "friend" takes advantage of you.
unless you have friends that ride skis, i wouldnt even buy one. i wouldnt buy one for myself, or two for another friend to ride. they won't keep it up nor pay for gas. upkeep on a ski sucks, upkeep on a surf ski really sucks. Upkeep on 2 surf skis... well, F that. i built my first ski about 5-6 years ago, rode by myself a few times then parked it until i met the crew i ride with now. which was about 3-4 years later.
