Other Injuries Due to Riding a Stand Up..

Tried to jump my standup into the back of my truck a month ago. Didn't time it right , the bow eye cought the tail gate and slammed it shut. Ski is now completely vertical, in a effort to save the the nozzle and trim my right foot got caught under the back tray edge. I have long ride plate that took most the damage. But the foot damn near had a hole the size of a nickel through it. Felt no pain at the time, took about a month heal.

I hope as you typed this you became aware of the myriad of bad decisions you made in a short amount of time...

Damn dude. Sometimes me should of shot a video of that bad decision followed by more bad decisions.

No those came just after the incident on the ride home trying to figure a way to hide it from the wife. Which was successful, she now thinks that wart removal requires a surgical wrap afterwards. Beleive me when you show up to ride with your buddies and you have a makeshift crash pad under the ski already, they are more than happy to give out words of wisdom. I just decided to substitute my reality as to how safe it would be to end each riding session in that manner. This was like the fifth time.

Split my leg open while carving hard on my x2 years back. "Oh I can see your bone!" Is not something you want to hear from your friend circling you on his ski while youre floating in a scuzzy lake holding your leg closed.

I got clipped by the nozzle a month ago unloading before I had my wetsuit and knee sleeves on. Left the skis at miller and went home to sew it up. All good and riding in an hour

Healed up but had to buy a skin stapler and nail it back poop a few times. No big deal. Then dropped a trailer tongue on my ankle when the wheel leg folded up. The boat cops gave me a 650sx with a bunch of westcoast crap on it and a zxi750 and 1100zxi so that's was the price I paid.

Wtf is that? Looks like a cadaver carcass. Cleaner stitches than I do tho. I busted my head open ages ago on my x2. I could feel my skull in the 3 finger size hole. They did a half a$$ stapler job at the dr office.

I have had cuts and bruises , a couple of bad sprains and a very sore back from picking skis up and loading them in the back of the truck by myself , but that's about the extent of it , I have been riding since 1986 .

2 years ago I slipped out of the tray in the air and landed on my shin, splitting it open and needing stitches. Last year I was attempting surf backflips and my hands slipped off. Ski fell from some height right onto my chest. Broken ribs and ulna, slightly punctured lung, Pullmanary contusions, and a grade 3(6.8cm) laceration of the liver. Luckily the internal bleeding was minimal and I was out of the hospital in a few days and riding again 3 months later on christmas day. Don't do dumb things when tired and don't let go.

My buddy Kyle had a rickter fr2 repop from blowsion and tc with a pos 760 in it. Anyway I was at miller with my chick and testing another pos sport cruiser I got for ass wipe and rode his pos. I had the wrong footwear on and when I violently kicked in, I hurt a toe or something but a year or so later when I had it xrayed nothing showed up. I swear I can still feel that $hit after 4 years.
