Other Injuries Due to Riding a Stand Up..

I did a slow 180 slide and lost my balance, I jumped straight back out of the tray from a stop. Nozzle cought me as I was going in the water the rear of the ski was coming up.
I took right back off but it felt like I had just walked blindly into a trailer hitch. Took a glance down to see if I had a visible booboo or not and my knee looked like a poor mexican girl after a donkey show.
I figured it would be a quick recovery but swelling in my knee took way longer than expected.

I was actually on a 72 hour fast and was JUST about to say "screw it" and stuff my face, but thanks to these pics, I have zero desire to eat anything anymore. So...thanks!

Day 3 is the hardest. Day 4 it gets much easier.
