Yes that is a lay down pipe. They have larger chambers and are more suited for big bore applications. They also make it impossible to fit the stock tank so you are limited to less than 3 gallons with a cart tank. As they sit flat (laying down) they have no natural trap for the water to not back flow into the engine. Something like a Bpipe has a loop that goes up and over the height of the engine keeping water from gushing in. Laydown pipes are like a ramp directly into your exhaust port, any water sitting in your pipe can backflow into your exhaust port if the engine is not running, even more water can get in if the waterbox design is not designed to act as a trap.
