well, Isabella started out at 10cc's yesturday........ this morning they jumped to 30 cc's but they are getting converned about IV line input locations, running out of veins, the antibiotics that they are giving is very harsh on the veins which will cause them to "blow out", nothing major, but they have to relocate the lines when this happens (yes, they heal back).
Well, Anita and I got there about 8:00 PM to find that they did find another location on her head, her left hand had a strip of gauze holding it down so she would not pull it out........... no, she has not done that yet but she is a master at pulling the OG feeding tube that goes to her stomach right on out, not out a bit, all the way out, 21 cm's worth of tubing!!!!!!!!!!!! back on topic...... Isabella is now taking 40 cc's of milk, the Doc called late and said that since they are concerned about IV locations and that she has been taking the milk and handling it well that they should try upping the milk and reducing the IV amounts............ so far so good..........
stay tuned for further updates!!!!!!!!!!!!!
