I have 62t cylinders would you take them as a core for 61x?

So the big bore sleeves will bolt onto 62t cases? I wanna run a bigger bore ported cylinders, would my bottom end also have to be machined to match?
I'm interested in a kit - pm me. Shipping to Australia. What's the biggest bore I can get without having to modify the case. Also a little confused with the domes that would be required. Head is AM and currently has 35cc domes that are stated for 82mm bore and I can get domes for 85mm bore for 760cc. At what point and bore do I need to swap over domes from the 82mm bore to 85mm bore. Pump gas is used either 91 or 95 octane with no ethanol in it. So whats domes would be recommended for what bore size?
