This might be a silly question but your spark plugs....you are using BR8ES right? Are you using the solid post version (ie, they don't have the removable tip?)

I can't tell you how many times I've switched out those solid post plugs for the regular ones and fixed a very similar problem. Check that, and also change the plugs when you start testing again.

Your jetting specs should be fine now, but the video tells me that is an electrical problem.

I've always bin using the ones with the removable top - tbh I have never seen anyone run the BR8ES with a non removerble top. I've used different sets of plugs, also tried BR7ES. The last electrical problem that I can think of, and that haven't bin changed is the stator coils. Waiting for respond from jetmaniac, and then a new set is up for order!

im in the same boat. starving for fuel past half throttle... but only sometimes. gone thru 3 stators, different eboxes, different cdis. im jetted right, brand new fuel line all around, new external filters, cleaned internal filters, cleaned pickups, clean bottom of the tank, fuel selector bypassed, new check valve, tried a different carb. its not electrical. its a fuel delivery issue. the next things to do is check the reeds and reseal the bottom end. if it still doesnt work just build a new motor

Remember to use OEM stator coils new or refurbished from ATP (NOT WSM!)
What kind of fuel line are you running, OEM or transparent type? Sorry to say it Chris, but the transperent fuel line i bought from you was very nice and soft, but 0.5 or 1mm to big, to get it really tight with cable ties. Oem fuel line is the way to go.
If you can and will, we are going to the lake in Esbjerg wensday 10th so there would be extra eyes and ears.

Problem solved!

After getting a new (used stator) things were looking good!

We tried measuring the resistance in the different coils, and found the pulsar coil to be off tolerance!

After trying out with a new one things worked smoothly!

BIG thanks to all who came with ideas to fix the problem, and a special thanks to Chris from ATP for the correct answer to the problem )
