Rhaas motor mounts are notorious for causing vibration
No just the water entering the headpipe was restricted. I'm just wondering if the exhaust extra is restricting the airflow at the upper rpms due to the design of the stinger. When the pipe isnt dried out, the problem goes away but also the engine turns a lot less rpm. He ordered a stock 650sx pipe and is gonna try the sx cone for better flow in upper rpms. Hopefully itll workI am still running the pipe wet with the 701 and no issues. Did you add the stinger to spray water right before the waterbox?
I have a 2.5 seat in the hose right before the water goes into mine so I guess it is sort of restricted. I also increased the pisser off the engine to 3/8th, and closed off the pisser coming off the headpipe. Maybe restrict the pisser on the head a little at time?No just the water entering the headpipe was restricted. I run them in the Reaper and do not have any vibration. But the couplers also lined up perfect.Rhaas motor mounts are notorious for causing vibration

What are your headpipe screws at? Whats your current water temp? After 3 weekends of playing tetris with exhaust hoses I finally got her hooked up! And WOW Ski responds much differently when it has the correct size exhaust on it. Need to pick up some more 3/8 water lines and then hopefully the water testing reflects the same. @Aquaholic any tips on how much water to spray into that waterbox I currently have a 180 jet in it.
