Other JSS Ebox rebuild....pics

This was long overdue. The last time I was in it was to put a MSD and a new gasket in about 4 years ago. It stayed pretty dang dry and served me well for almost 10 years!

The very next ride after Niagara (Thank God!) I started having some issues...hit button sometime death...sometimes start...blah blah blah.

Opened her up and found dry weak wires everywhere. And one break near the fuse.

He does some nice work man! 2 part black epoxy and then rubber feet on the back to keep it nice when you have it benched. Little nylon washers for each screw are nice. Allen head screws. Super clean and tight fitting again!

Yeah John does top notch stuff. He also will put the exterior cable connections on if you wish (like pictured) The exterior cable connections make EVERYTHING easier, especially if you ever have an electrical problem. They make tracing a problem so easy, you don't have to pull and split the box to test anything.

he did my TL system and it is freakin mint. I have had great chats with him and he does custom work the way i wanted it. solid clean TL setups are key to keeping it alive and i have had no issues with anything on my system that he did. It is worth the money.

I get the feeling he doesn't like to sit on things..he gets it and does it immediately and sends it back! IMO.

lots of brand new jss coils at daytona having major problems, the e boxs are nice work but i will stick to oem coils, if it was only one or two i would not even post but it was more the 6 people that i know that there ski ran like crap until the coils werre changed and they were all brand new from jss

i thought he used oem coils and put better wires on them, i never had any issue with my jss coil that i sold you, is it still working? I would like to see all the skis that had the problems with the coils and look at their own workmanship. i personally ran the jss coil i sold you when i was at daytona and had no problems. sometimes its the part but other times its the installer,
