why do people wear socks with flipflops?

Haha, I was blown away to see somebody from the south east corner of the country not wearing Crocs.

The fact that you specifically mentioned flip flops and not sandals in general gives me a better idea of what kind of person you are BK

Crappy weather this whole weekend, which is a good thing! Kept me working on the ski builds.Pump and shoe was mocked up before paint. So a matter of checking alignment and installing and sealing the shoe in.l got an Epic lndustries scupper flap cause l thought the idea of a magnet was a neat idea. But as you can tell (pic) l had a lot of material to router off. Also bought a Toby carbon ride plate. No modifying it,just have to drill the holes out and cut the end of it off.

l also installed the front tow loop and motor mounts. But for some reason l thought l had a coupler that would fit but "No",just had the engine side.So something else to get. Also,l have to cut down the rrp handlepole bracket, cause it has the hood hooks.

Just love putting a/m skis together, always something that has to be cut or modified in some way!

It's the chemicals , same with composite guys we are mentally tweaked and have time fantasy problems . Very clean looking , white is the best for keeping hull temps down !

This is perfect.... I couldn't agree more.... that the best way to put it. A time fantasy!!!!!!

Assembled and built the Lightweight RRP pole,it was a fun job.Got that done Sat.Looks nice, but so many parts! Dam,keep it simple guys.....But when done, she is purty.Using TOBY's new LW pole cover! Nice work Toby.

A few more pics for you guys.Doesn't look like much but some stuff takes time.Got the pump in last night. No shims for the pump, bolted right up.Dropped the XS900 dropped in along with the ebox.Using OCD's in box wiring for the two stage bilge system.Ya can't do any better.Set the bilge cages in with 5200 and they are almost set up.Need to wire them up tonight and start install the bpipe,w/box and water lines.JetManiac is shipping me some ss bling bolts for the head pipe.

NO SHIMS!!!! for the pump.Hell that Berky guy does great! And only a couple shims under the front two motor mounts! Thanks Tem

And yes, that is almost a whole role of masking tape.l just start that way and then no scratches in the fresh paint.

Sano as always Don. Looks sweet. When's the test?

Had her out last night for about 30 min.As always,a SF is a dream ride! Hard to find anything that is better in flat or surf, except maybe a Circus.

Does that sound a bit prejudiced.......lol

More to come
