Custom/Hybrid Just Another Freaky Build

Brought back a Superfreak Badass from the Daytona Freeride.I am building it for a local rider and good friend.
It's weird cause l looked at it a couple days before realizing l will not have as much to do on this one as l did with my Freak.For those of you that did not see my other build thread,l had a complete build having to do the plumbing and bond the deck and hull.So going back,l'm didn't know where to start,so little to do! lol

Yesterday l aligned the pump shoe and pump.l ask Berky not to drill or install the t nuts for the pump.Like doing that myself.Had to bum some Cabasil from Hornedogg (thanks man!) yesterday not realizing l was out.Mixed up a batch of resin with thickener and glass strands to install the pump bolts and then cover with small piece of carbon.This is where it got real "fun"!!! Mixed up too much resin in a small cup and got a hot spot.So l had to really work fast to get all of it laid down,but l checked this morning and things went well.Came close to being an absolute mess.

This build is a -2 SuperFreak Badass that will have a XSCREAM XS900 engine with a Solas mag pump.Running a lightweight RRP pole.The pole bucket has been modified by Berky to accept the larger footprint of the RRP.

Will be setting up duel 49 Full Spectrum carbs.Bpipe and just stock ign with msd.Now l realize this will not allow the full potential of this engine's power,but the owner wants something that he can leave on his dock and hop on it at anytime and blast away.lf he ever decides to go big,it won't take much to make it happen.

Ok,more pics
First couple are getting the pump in perfect alignment.The next three are start and finish of the t nuts for the pump.The last is closing up the pole bolt notches because of using an RRP pole set up.
She is going to the painter on Tuesday for his magic and then l can start putting it together.
l'm not happy with the rough looking pump bolt carbon work,but it will work.l like things neat and orderly.Kind of Sano,ya know!

Yeah ! The minus 4.3 is like a short radical surfboard that can maneuver all over the wave...I am still in shock and awe why Matt E gave this rad ski up ? Can't imagine something better and don't want to ride it.
