Also have a few other lightened flywheel types available on request and the ring gear drilling is optional on some models. For those of you just wanting to ship one flywheel the cheapest method is to use a priority mail flat rate 12.5" X 9.5" envelope and it will only cost around $5.75 to ship anywhere in the USA. The regional rate Box-A & Box-B work well for shipping multiple flywheels but they can only be found online. Discounts are available for multiple flywheels sent in the same shipment.
All lightened flywheels are balance checked and available in translucent colors to prevent corrosion on the machined surfaces.

All flywheels listed are lightened between .6-lbs to 2.0-lbs total weight removed and the specifications for each type are detailed in post four of this thread. Note: Aluminum flywheels are more than five times the price of a lightened stocker which are more prone to failure with cracking hubs, spinning ring gears, vibrating loose from hub heat expansion, weaker & smaller magnets that through the timing off or won't charge the battery well. A stock lightened flywheel will perform just as well or better than an aftermarket aluminum charging flywheel in my opinion because the lightest portion of the weight differential is from the aluminum hub itself which causes a majority of the problems. Alloy expands at twice the rate of steel so the aluminum flywheels need to be constantly re-torqued or your expensive investment will be ruined in seconds. There are quite few companies such as Pro-Tec, Group-K, LPW and others that lighten flywheels but none will be as reasonably priced or will remove as much total weight.
The tapered reduction nozzle boring is $50 plus the return shipping cost. Please specify which nozzle you have with the diameter wanted and if you would like to retain or delete the stock siphon tube for the factory bilge system. The last picture shows a chart of all the different angles and sizes for each reduction nozzle.
Cylinder head modifications can range between $50 to $100 plus the return shipping cost to your area. Send me a PM for the specific application options and compression numbers for each model.
