Progress report:
Got a few of the controls mocked up. Rodney uses a Blowsion steering system. To get it to play nice with the XScream pole, I had to get out the dremel to obtain some clearance between the turn plate and the steering stop/chin pad support.

you heat it up and stretch it on a 2x4 (Clamped at each end. Then cool the turf. You can get it to stretch approx 40%.

Build is looking good, except I notice you have built midshaft incorrectly. The double lipped seal is in the front, it should be in the rear.
