So a few years ago I feel off a diesel truck i was working on. Foot got stuck in the bumper and went the way the knee is not supposed to bend, popped and just stayed there for a few seconds all crooked. Then it popped back in place. Hurt like hell. Ever since that ill be working or just standing and it blows out causing me to usually fall and hang out on the ground till I can breathe again cause it hurts so bad. So now Im about to get into some jet skiing and I have a feeling this will be an issue, since it happened the other day just trying to sit on my dirt bike, go figure climb on trucks all day for work and go to sit on my bike and BAM. Anyone know any good excersizes to help this portion on the body? I dont really go to the gym or anything, probably should tho. Any info is appreciated.
