Some random pics from today. If I didn't have to go to the store a billion times maybe I'd have gotten more done. Tomorrow!

So angry, been working on adjusting this for the last 3 hours and gotten nowhere.

Pretty sure the fkn lefthand Krash engine plate is off. Out of adjustment on the mounts and the bedplate. Everything is as far forward as it can go and I need just like a mm to get it right. I can align it vertically with shims, but the coupler is a tiny bit tight to the left.
Ideas?

Maybe a carbide rotary cutter to open up the hole in the bedplate where it's needed if the motor plate is off

Remove motor mount, enlarge the 2 holes on the mount. I am assuming you loosened up the mount and tried to shift it over some.
I already reamed out both holes on both LH side motor mounts...but there isn't a whole lotta meat there. I'll do it to the bedplate some and see. Thanks

Curious, what thread is needed for the pump cooling lines on the aides of the pump? Apparently I ordered the wrong ones from McMaster. Are they 3/8 x 1/4? Or are they NPT...?

Damngit! I just came from Lowes and couldn't find anything. Wasn't looking in the right spot I guess. I ordered from McMaster. Usually they are 2 day shipping so maybe here Friday.

I stumbled across them looking at a 3 way manifold for building a 3 way flush kit.
Heh heh....three way...heh heh

Fisrt off, thanks to everyone who answered my questions so fast. Facebook has sadly taken over forums, but I'm so happy to see this one still kickin!

Secondly, today was a crapass day. I honestly think a day at work would have been better. I broke my record of stringing cuss words together and expanded my repertoire.

I'm covered in metal shavings and achieved very little. I *think* the engine is shimmed. Hopefully this is a good spacing? because it is all I have to work with.

Other than destroying perfectly good engine mounts and bedplates because of Krash's incompetence - I countersunk the ebox bolts into the dash, installed some screws and silicone onto the pump shoe, ordered fittings, tees and clamps from McMaster and strapped my fuel tank in for a test fit. Thats it. Guessing and grinding took all day. I have two days left, you guys think I can mostly finish before I go back to work Saturday? I'm doubtful.

Lastly, I bought the Allen head bolts for the bpipe manifold and pipe...how the hell do you get the top two on the manifold tight?! And I guess I need to grind some of them shorter to fit?

So I think what I have left is:
-Tighten midshaft coupler (not sure how)
-Tighten impeller
-Install pump
-Antiseize and locktite bolts, should I locktite the engine mounts?
-Cut ebox bolts flush
-Figure out RRP trim
-Front flywheel cover gasket and RTV
-Figure out exhaust install on engine
-Bpipe bolts figuring
-Water lines
-Pissers
-Fuel lines
-Bilge pump
-Probably a ton of other stuff I'm forgetting

I had to tap the B pipe manifold and headpipe for two of the bolts. I also used the die on the bolts that came with it. It was super snug and felt they would strip, but retapping the holes and the bolts took off just enough metal to smooth it out. I was surprised it just didn't go right together, being brand new.
