Lookin good! Why wouldn't the CF tank fit?

Wondering why myself!? Running a bpipe and a marine grade exhaust pipe.Hornedogg may be correct.The hose is low,but even after installing the tank,l tried lifting the exhaust over it,it still was a tight fit.Maybe it was just an excuse to buy another tank! Got another ski on the back burner l’m working on.

Almost done with the turf,just have the rails to do and finish the footholds.

The last pic has a piece of foam,sitting on top that came from McMaster Carr.l did a turf job for a customer a few weeks ago and this is what he got me for foam..Super soft and cushy,feels really nice.But had another member question if it would soak up water? I took a small chunk of it and threw it in a cup for a few days.lt did take in some water,so probably after a period of time it would have soaked in a bunch.But talk about soaking up glue! 3 coats and it still didn’t stick well! So l went a different direction to finish that ski.

Should rename the thread “social distance build”. Way to much time spent on her!
Some of the things l have done on the build would have never happened but not working at my job has caused it.l spent half a day yesterday working in the yard and the other half on the ski.But l got my footholds done and most of the turf.l’m gonna just install one hold to start,l really don’t ever use the other hold and gives more room in the tray.Just need to sand the edges of the rails to smooth them out and then l can move on to a couple small things.

Good day yesterday.Got most of the smaller adjustments and touches done.Got my LS tank back from the powder coater and got turf glued down.Just need to go get some new fuel lines today and finish assembly.Got the graphics on late last night.
Since l switched up tanks,l had to install 2 inserts.They won’t get in the way if l decide to go back to another tank.Just hate l spent the time and money to install the battery tray holder..
The last two pics of the back corners l am real happy they came out.Extra work,but hey what else am l supposed to do with all these stay at home orders.l’ll get some pics later of the new graphics

Had that one for a long time.Romnie was more about fashion,then keeping your butt warm.
Its about dry rotted,but can’t bring myself to throw it out.
