Krashindustries.com is selling 997cc RTR Skis for $12,000.00

Seems weird krash doesn't have a presence at world finals, or do they an no one is posting to social media?
I find this extremely odd as well. You think they would be hyping the product, posting teasers, updates, display at world finals etc. Social media is soo huge these days and probably would acount for a large number of the sales. Im a simple guy, I see something on the internet I like then buy it.

I put my deposit down first part of sept they said they had 100 pre sold in the States, I am sure they will be busy for quite some time building ski's.

I have an email from NJ that Krash is to build 350 units by way of pre-sale, and ~300 are already pre-sold. I'm thinking that may be world wide.

301 with me.

I spoke with Joe today. Sounds promising! I'm glad I put my deposit in.

That's Odd... We were told they had 150 Pre-sold and this was a week or two ago. Thankfully got our deposits in in May. However, just heard a few days ago that 3 more weeks of delays are expected on the first small batch of motors... that still need to get shipped to NJ for final assembly.

They definitely have some skis to build at least it's almost winter that makes the waiting a lot easier since I won't be able to ride anyway until march.

Fwiw, don't think NJ has any Kavinci engines just yet at this moment. Sounds to me like the only motor is the one seen at Surf Slam. A lot of people, even the Graces, are excited but still waiting.

What was the original ETA Delivery date that Krash posted?

Do they have an official email or line of communication with all those waiting? In other words are they contacting you or you contacting them?

Has anyone done the math on building 150-300 skis in term of hours and man power required once the motors are here? Guess all the hulls could be prepared just to drop the motor in. It took me 40-60 hrs on a stage 2 kit lol. Still have to drill all the bypass, ebox, bilge holes for fittings and switches and mount everything securely and neatly. I am sure they will do it much faster but even when all the parts get here there is going to be a delay because of build time.

I am also curious how many people got Reapers,50cals or Predators.

+1 Reaper. I hear reapers are 1 Out of 7 pre-orders.

You'd be surprised how fast it would take to install the same thing a dozen times. First Ski may take an hour to install a pump. The ones after assuming assembly line style build would get cut shorter and shorter. It's called muscle memory. Maybe minutes to install once underway.

If these were being build in an assembly line fashion, it would be quicker to install driveline into the bottom deck. Then install the top deck. But these are not gonna happen this way...... How long does it take to do a complete Pump, driveline, electonics, pole, steering, plumbing, etc etc...... You are looking at a day at least to start. If you were to get 4 guys and each have a set task. I would guess every 4 hours a ski could be completed in a 8-10 hour day. This is providing everything bolts in place. And honestly, I do not see that happening. 150 skis? I dont think RRP has done 150 skis in a 4 year period.
I have a hard time believing that there are 150 - 300 already ordered............. sorry.
