You didnt steal it so dont feel guilty. I'm doing the same thing as we speak but when you go to sell it you have some issues. My father in law used to be a lake patrol he basically told me if its tagged they dont care.

i know its illegal,, but what happens...

just because its against the law to have sex in any other position other than missionary position in north carolina does not mean that you will go to jail for doggy style.

DJ---have Bobby get you a Florida Homemade Boat Title and then transfer it to Ohio. In Florida it is EASY and it does not even require an inspection unless the watercraft is in excess of 16 feet.

I got my A/M hull titled in Michigan with NO inspection. Just applied for an assembled title, and surrendered all reciepts for parts to the Secretary of State. They issued me a state assigned VIN while I waited.

I debated the same thing and even bought a hull with good title. But after one drive to DMV, I got my a/m hull inspected by state police and 2hours later I had a legal valid registration. It feels good to not have to worry about it. Glad I took the time to do it right.

that is about the dumbest responses I have ever read. Speeding is illegal, but if you dont get caught you dont get a ticket...

it is an analogy that directly relates to this topic, how is it dumb?

swapping VINs is against the law, but if your counting on not getting cough whats the harm? for the 2 years i'v been on the site i have noticed that many many people are doign this. Even AM hull Co's.

I just wanned to know what happens when you get cough? if its a small fee, its not that big of a deal. if it is a felony not really worth it.... So many people do this here, i figured someoen might know the answer... thus why i asked. I almost bought that green hull that went up for sell, but then found out it title is on a blaster.... i guess i'm the dummy for not winding up in a bad situation

Is someone sick? Damn, dude - I thought you were a college graduate. I don't care if this is just an internet forum. If you are going to try to argue a point, you might be taken a little bit more seriously if you not only spelled the words correctly but used the correct words in the first place. You COUGH when you are sick. You get CAUGHT when you do something wrong.

If you get caught out in the rain you might end up with a cough,if something gets caught in your throat you should try to cough it up,if all else fails and you fail to cough it up you may die ,if so make sure you don't get caught without burial insurance.The preceding has been a prepaid public service message by the Council for Literacy.

so yami, kawi, and seadoo have to get vin #s from each state before they can ship those ski's to those states? that just doesn't sound right. i thought they built the ski's and put the vin's on when they are built, they don't wait on the state that the ski is going to to assign them a vin.
