I received an offer to try and see if a bigger 4 gal tank will fit so I am waiting on that to show . But I managed to lay a little glass over the waterbox inserts and ebox I really didn't want to see the bolt heads in the tray. As mine is painted and not turfed so these inserts will solve that problem.. And the motor and bpipe mocked up

Where are you putting the battery?? I have to pick up your decals. Let me know if you need 2 more inserts.

Iam not sure about the battery. It needs a special one for sure either skinny and placed between motor and tank. Or shorter and in stock location. I may need 2 more mounts

Here's my new sweet little battery It's 3.5 x4.5x5.5 just slightly less cca than a 16clb battery .
And I had my friend make me a little battery tray .
I had thought about placing it under the exhaust at the bulk head but it may be a huge pain to get in and out... So it may go on the opposite side .

The fuel tank arrived yesterday ( 4 gallon aluminum) so I will try to make it fit .the battery may end up in stock location I don't know

Here's the pic of the foot warmer tube that you asked for Brian ... I usually place the tube more in the forward facing " toe area" so it blows water back onto your foot not down on it . but Iam sure this will work just as good . It was slightly tricky getting that tube through the turf in the right area but I think they turned out just fine .

Fab up a piece that fits bottom of hull and allows the tank to sit level. Use foam and turf. I've done that before.

Ok here's the tank in place. If you look close you can see the bpipe is not connected at the head pipe. But the chamber is touching the gas tank I see what you mean Pablo that's not the major fitment problem It's Johnny tight in there. We will see what tomorrow brings
