Resin and fiberglass and brushes and rollers.. Not sure what techincal name is.. Didn't use any vac process though.. As the boat sits right now, it weighs 80 lbs.. The hood weighs apx 4.5. It's friggin light.. I flipped it over tonight to prime the bottom and chuckled at how light it is.. Wait till u see the water box.. Homemade baby and light as a feather!!

I want a light weight 300 SX with a yamaha power plant and pump. Move the pole forward and BAM a perfect freestyle ski. I guess you bought your molds? I have read that making molds are the hardest.

The molds I used belong to Goose.. He's a good friend, and we had some brew one night and decided I needed a SJ.

Carbon Parts

Here is some of the parts that We have been working on. The hood was sprayed and the waterbox is almost done. I have to put on the exhaust ports and then wrap it in the carbon. The ride plate is my favorite.. But all three parts you see here weigh under 10 lbs.

Ha Ha. I was just playing with you. No stickers, just regs. Whites gonna look nice. I was thinking of all white as well with that black carbon hood.. But then I decided to stay with the black. Who knows...
