I think Sergio's (XFT) is the lightest that I know of - 49lbs.

You would need like what a stock motor and no skill to doa roll:dance:
It must be nice to have moneyim gettin there someday......
Bull********....I rode a 5mm team scream wammer hull and couldnt do it when i was first trying BRs
PARTS DONT MAKE UP FOR SKILLS......WHY CANT PEOPLE GRASP THAT
Stock engine/stock hull
320lbs/73hp = 4.38 lbs/hp
Stock engine/XFT light hull
250lbs/73hp = 3.42 lbs/hp
Limited engine/stock hull
320lbs/110hp = 2.9 lbs/hp
Limited engine/XFT light hull
250lbs/110hp = 2.27 lbs/hp
5mm Lehr Lamey (Parr's engine)/stock hull
320lbs/160hp = 2.0 lbs/hp
5mm Lehr Lamey/XFT light hull
250lbs/160hp = 1.56 lbs/hp
Malone's setup (guessing)
240lbs/210hp = 1.14 lbs/hp
In other words, dropping 50 lbs is like adding 35 hp to my ski. On my setup, that would cost some $$$, and going the light hull route gives the added benefit of faster rotation.
That puts a very nice perspective on it
But as others stated, all the Hp in the world, doesn't make up for ability. Learn to ride what you have, then add HP & cut weight as you need to.
Time on the water & an un-dying love for the sport, is what will ultimately bring you to the top!!!:arms: :arms:
8mm stroker with stock hull is about what i am going to end up with
I know its about skill and practice etc
but i love the insane feeling when you hit the throttle
you dont need skill for that
Malone's setup (guessing)
240lbs/210hp = 1.14 lbs/hp
Malones ski is like 280lbs
And it's probably not over 200hp.
