If I am not planning to compete can I bring my skis and ride around some of the day? If not I will just come and watch.

You can ride its a public lake just stay off the course. Alot of people come to events to ride and have fun

mac hasent been to the site since march, i sent him a PM. i think he forgot about this thread as it started November 06... hopefully the PM wil;l show up in his regular email. in teh mean time, is their a thread about the event on another "racing" forum like AWA.. sorry for my lack of knowledge on racing terms/websites...


in the mean time... Anyone up for a game of Volleyball, they have very nice sand their.. or once was, haven't been inside the park in awhile, I'll check it out tomorrow as its only a mile from my house :fingersx::headbang::cheer::Banane01::woot::arms::biggthumpup:

Good lord, talk about spelling.....It is Randy Richardson and he is from Augusta Ga, and since he wast in Myrtle Beach last weekend, i doubt he will be in Norman....

LKNWC website updated with hotel info and race site info. The race will be at Ramsey Creek on LKN this year. Same lake, Different Location! This site is much closer to the nightlife and should have even more boat spectators!

I hope I can get out of work that weekend.....I am deffinately wanting to come hang out. I wish I had a bit more experience with freestyle so I could compete. What are the times that everything will start that weekend.

Good lord, talk about spelling.....It is Randy Richardson and he is from Augusta Ga, and since he wast in Myrtle Beach last weekend, i doubt he will be in Norman....

Randy had knee surgery a couple months ago which ended up with a 5 day hospital stay due to an infection.
He is up and riding but not sure if he will compete this year. But the summer is long so only time will tell.

It doesnt take alot to compete man. It' not just about winning. You could be gaurunteed first or last place....your rush and fealing will be the same. It's fun man. Do it while your here, no regrets.

I will definitely be there but not competing, maybe next year. I have only had my ski for about a month so I am still trying to turn every time without falling. But I will watch for sure.

Bring the ski, and drop it in. Last year the race was deff cool, but it was funner (for me) just riding with a few people that were not compeating in the race, or at least not currently racing... i'm bringing mine
