I think at this stage I would just make a mold, I hope thats your plan???????????????? Would be a much cleaner build than just glassing over foam I would think. Maybe I missed something and that is the plan?

no, you' r right, i'll make a mold after sanding, filling, sanding,filling...... painting
afterthat, make a mold for the upper too , bolt on this hull, try it and ride it, and modify if necessary , and make final hull :Banane09:
