Freestyle Looking for 62t 760 freestyle specifics 64x Decking Porting

Ok It has been a while but I wanted to do a little update. I got a little side tracked with powdercoating. But have got the cases ported and finished putting together the bottom end. I am planning on not using the stock head now. I am going to have nuclear6 cut domes for a girdled Ada head. I haven't gotten it yet but that's my plan. I also intend on running my stator and flywheel from my 650. I may even send my flywheel off to have it lightened. Does any one know of any reason my 650 parts won't work out. They all mount up and I am going to also use the flywheel cover from the 650 because there is no oil pump block off needed. I would like some info on where the rev limit is for a 6m6 cdi. (That's what I have). I plan on modding the cdi and would like to know what I should move it up to?

What fuel are you running? What type of riding? WOT?

Generally with a dry pipe you want a lower compression than a wet pipe. If you advance your static timing with that much compression and use less than race/pump gas mix you will likely burn it up.

Even if you run 0deg static timing you run the risk. ADA says 105 octane at 200psi, I would say 110 with a drypipe.

Like it a lot - same thing i'm doing now - in Romania - but don't have money for ADA - and i'll try to use a stock 62t head(from runners) - is much stronger
Please let me know exactly what you've been done to this motor/setup - and if is working as you want to!?
