Looking for riders in Mertro DETROIT area!

I have been riding standups for over 8 years and I need some new riders to ride with. It's hard to progress as a rider without more advanced riders to learn from. I'm very interested in freestyle riding and would specifically like to learn a barrel roll.

Any riders in the metro Detroit area down to ride? Not a big deal if you cannot roll.

Im in Commerce twp if anyone knows where that is.

We are located in Monroe (Newport, Rockwood, Gibraltar) to be exact... One guy in Southgate too. Possibly riding in the Hot Hole this weekend.

I like riding up at 23 and jefferson on lake st clair. Its nice, quiet, clean water, Not alot of boat traffic. But if you wanna hit some waves go around the point and there will be nice waves its a great spot to ride

I live 5 minutes from commerce and i know a ton of people in the area that ride as well. I actually work at huron valley hospital in commerce. We ride cedar island lake pretty much every weekend, if you know where that is.

Were you the guy who asked me where I got the bow stops on my double trailer a couple of weeks ago?

This is a great place to launch (red) and ride, IMO. The area in orange has flats in the weeds and at the mouth of the North Channel lots of large boat wake, best of both worlds. There is also a small launch at the end (at the point) of Anchor Bay Dr. I try to do this as much as I can.
