You sir have won the game! It is a variable voltage dc anodizer. Aluminum uses variable current, and current density calculations, while titanium needs variable voltage to achieve different oxide layer thickness (which makes the different colors). The two parts you didn't name were a bridge rectifier to convert the AC to DC and a rheostat (variable resistor). But you managed to find a website that named all of them (cool website, I'll have to browse around when I get time), so I give you points.

Titanium Button head pinch bolts. M14x1.5 pitch to work in stock and RRP brackets without having to drill out the threads. These are just about impossible to find, so I had to have them custom made.
