Doing a quick build for Bill aka Sdiddy...

Details

Took everything out of his stock RN, sent the motor to Thrust for some Dasa Love, Bunch of new oem parts, XM Pole, Some Blowsion stuff....

Should be done with the ski tonight, water test tomorrow, then off to Butti for turf.....

Here some pics so far, started the build around 11:00 am, so far going together nicely... Scotts can do the pole spring! other than that its looking good!

Wow that was fast considering I left it at your shop at 10 oclock this morning. Looks good so far. Where is the hood it looks sad without it on. Thanks in Advance Josh for making time for me. P.S. If you say its being built for " The Old Man from Daytona" most people would know who its for then.

Thats cold Scott. Well I am a whole lot less grumpy now since a got a decent ski almost ready to ride.

Looking great Bill, I was expecting the entire top deck to be yellow for some reason. Can't wait to see it with the hood on and see what that DASA puts out.

Will be interesting to get the Matrix's together for some side by side riding comparisons.

Ride report

Hull rides just like other Matrix -2 hulls... Motor feels good, needs a little lower pitch prop to wake up that bottom snap... Mid hits great, everything looks great under the hoods. Me & Idok put 15-20 minutes on it...

Here's what mods have to be done to make the XM pole work with any other steering other than XM... I will leave it at that...

Step one.. Bore Center hole
Step Two.. Drill 4 holes & Tap
Step Three.. Trim under side for nut

Hey Josh looks great. Do you still have it? Or is it already in the turfmasters hands? I am going up to the spot about 9 or 10 tomorrow to take Scotts ski back to him. If you are there maybe I can talk to you about the ski and any small adjustments I need. Thanks again for the build must almost be a record done in less than 24 hours.

Thanks to everyone who helped. Brian at Thrust for many things including the motor and all kinds of free advice. Josh for assembling it in record time and with great precision. Cole and Lucas for finishing the turf I started. Scott for letting me ride his Matrix that led me to buying one. Now I can ride it this weekend. You got to love a happy ending. Bill
