Wait till it fails right at the weldEnough adjustability for half the price. And lighter than RRP
K I'll wait. I've had two in the past. Never a problem.

Hopefully they send out one. It's kind of a big deal when things break up here with such a short ride season. It's going to be at least 3 weeks to get a new pole. I guess it's wrong for me to thing that these kind of failures from xmetal are unexceptable. This is not the first xmetal pole to fail at the weldThen you call them and they send you a new one, right?
I hope it works out for you too, I think the rrp is over priced and like the look of xmetal. I just wish there quality control was better.I hope it works out, but I appreciate the heads-up.
Glad they came through for!So just to let those of you know that xmetal is now paying for the shipping on that broken pole and are being very good about taking care of this obvious poorly welded product. Also they have let me know that they have dealt with the cause of the poor welding as well... So I would say take the xmetal pole anyday!
Its done with smoke and mirrors...Just read this whole 25 page thread. Great build, nasty carnage, looks like a great ski!
Matt your current bug eyed individual avatar is creepin me out. GF lookin over occasionally is wondering wtf I'm reading.
