Haha, exhausting. I can't even.......

I forgot installing new light fixtures lol. But at least I was thinking about jetskis the whole time. I was like "Yo, F*ck these stupid wire nuts. Im about to put on some heat shrink bullet connectors and make this light fixture a quick connect harness."

I like to get drunk and reflect on where I am in life and where I came from. I still go over to PWCtoday and read through my first ever jetski build thread, which was an X2. I knew absolutely nothing at that point....so ive come a long way! lol. Years later, I will come back and look at this thread, and it will give me a smile on my face.

You guys are mean...im not going to Daytona. Im staying home and searching Pinterest all weekend and watching Making a Murderer. You're all a bunch of meanies.

I guess there are two types of build threads on this site-
1) Those who know what they're doing and post about it after they're done to reduce distractions and for others to learn from.
2) Those who haven't a clue so they post about it before the hull even arrives, need their hand held through the process, and want the attention of people saying "good job" or "fix that" or "you're a lazy-pumpkin-spice-latte-drinking-girl".

All kidding aside, I do want you to get this done, tested to some extent, and brought to Daytona!

or #3....builds by people who like to be under estimated and let people poke fun at him because life is too short to care that much!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, like the phantom build thread.... it's only 2 pages long.

And not to de-rail the thread...but the build threads in your category #1 usually offer zero educational substance because they go like this. "Hi, I got dis new hull. Ok, it's done. Time to ride. K Bye. Here is a pic."

Lol. My thoughts exactly.

Good luck Matty. It's gonna be a nasty ride when u get it tuned and ready. Might be like a "bucking bronco" maneuver on ur wife/GF with this much zip in the surf. Looking forward to pics!

FWIW: I can't stand turning wrenches and listening to others brap. I get angrier by the second. Especially if u strip a nut, loose the only size bolt that fits a part or break something that can't be replaced and best of all, slip a wrench and bang the holy-chit out of knuckles while sweat drips down my face, back is burning and my arm/wrist is in a awkward painful position because I'm wrenching on the ground or big wheel cart. Id rather stay up all night 2 nights in a row to finish than wrench in a rush, on the beach, being interrupted by peeps.

That said, Godspeed amigo!
