More Billet !!! 701 Ignition Covers

Had some free time so I thought I would Crank a few out if people are interested

Billet 701 front Ignition covers with o-ring sealing

I will make a few more if there is serious interest

They will be anodized any color as long as it is Black



they will be available right around Christmas

awsome i would be interested is there any chance of a inspection hole for timing and to see if there is water in your front cover cause you know us surf boys are always sinking our stuff

still riding with chris when are you back over here?

I made them light so really not a place for an inspection cover, and since they are o-ringed you just take the cover off to set timing

hope to ride with you soon prop after the 1st as airfare is spendy right now

Hi will this work with my Xscream 1000cc motor? I had heard that a different flywheel and adjustment stuff had to be used when running these?

They will fit if an OEM 701 cover fits

I dont know what "adjustment stuff" is required or what they are using/ modifying

So it will let you utilize a total loss ignition and light flywheel? Obviously the only thing OEM on my ski is the bolt patterns..

Yes Scott, No problem using this billet front cover as long as the dowel pin to busing hole is correct so the bendix drive has no binding, I used some Rad billet flywheel covers that the 1st batch had that problem.

I pulled all critical demensions from OEM with our CMM so its spot on

hey just curious..
i see the benefit of the oring'ing
but what is another benefit for this?

if it's lighter, how much lighter can it be from a stock one, bear in mind i never felt a stock cover off the motor.

sharp looking, and i bet looks sweet in black or thermal coated silver
