MSD weak spark

Hi, I mounted a new MSD enhancher 4253 on my Superjet 701 but the spark plugs emit only a faint yellow spark that is not enough to start the engine, with the original unit comes on very well.
I do not know what to feel. Can you help me?
Thanks.

Here's a few possibilities to look into;

The MSD needs a good connection to the battery to perform correctly. Can you verify that it has this, as well as a good ground connection?

All the grounds got hooked up in the ebox? It's quite easy to have one that slips out of sight and gets missed.

All the connections look good where the coil plugs into the MSD? Any corroded or loose connection will limit the amount of voltage and current available to the coil.

Is it possible you damaged the coil wires when removing them from the plugs? If you don't pull on the boots themselves it's possible to break the wires internally, or they could have already been broken from vibration and the exercise of removal just disturbed them further.

I substituted the ground wire because corroded.
If I get on the original unit the spark is good, then remount msd and the spark is almost nonexistent.
I checked all the wiring in the ebox.
The stator emits 30v.

Please, consider checking resistance of stator charge coil ( brown wire to ground). If you have a 62T and the resistance is below approx. 510 ohm, the stator may work well with stock cdi but not enhancer.

If you get the 2 MSD white wires mixed up with the white/red wire in e-box it will only spark for a split second when you release the start button.

The two white wires connected as they have in the scheme, as you can see in the picture. But I see only a faint spark when I release the start button as you say.

Now reversed the white threads, it is a blue spark just I press the start button and another when the release. Nothing else ...
Now I'm recharging the battery

I have an MSD enhanser on my SJ but mine only sparks when i let go of the start switch. it ran perfect until i filled up the engine bay with salt water up to the carbs

-I have pulled the boots back, stripped some rubber to get fresh wires and cut them then re attached them but still the the same thing: only sparks when i let go of the start button
-I also unhooked the black and white connector to the start stop switch and still the same thing happens: only sparks when i let go of the start button
-I tried switching the br8es plugs from my working 800 sxr into the superjet but it does the same thing.
- I opened the ebox and there were only a couple of drops of water in it.
- I have used my fluke multimeter and put the continuity tester on and put one lead onto the negative battery terminal and then one lead onto my engine block and it reads continuity. i also put the ohm setting on and its jumps from 100 somthing to OL

@Harbor since mine used to run good with the MSD as is... why would my correcly wired MSD enhanser cause it to spark when releasing the start button?
