Super Jet My 2011 Superjet Build

Hi everyone. I am new to the X so I thought I would show you my new project.
I just got this 2011 Yamaha Superjet two weeks ago.(After a frustrating year on a 750sxi). This thing is great! I just made my own graphics kit and just got on my 4 deg bars and throttle lever. Also I made my own limiting rope with help from this site. This morning I installed the hydro-turf lifter wedges to help with stabs this afternoon.
Plans include worx grate, impros prop and cone, c.a.t.s. trim, and some foot holds of some sort.
Im still new to this so Im not sure about tinkering with the motor yet i just like having a reliable ski. let me know what you think or if there is something that looks like i should change. Thanks

And so it begins.....
By the looks of your pic on the bike, you like to play. I'm pretty sure you will get addicted to this sport as well. There is no limit to what you can spend so good luck.

Not sure how easy it is to start an SJ with a choke, as my RN came with a primer but on all my other skis I got sick of the choke and switched to a primer. $35 that makes it way easier to get the engine started.

Also if your planning on freestyle riding (hence the trim system) I would suggest D-cutting that stock ride plate, you will notice the difference and no need to spend $200 on some fancy ride plate.

Looks great, welcome to the site, everyone on here is very helpful and can really guide you into decisions without having to take the leap yourself. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Thanks. The more I read on this site the more parts I want to buy. Just picked up a 91 square nose, its sweet for a 20 year old ski . I can't believe what I was missing out on for so long I love these superjets. I'm researching the BOB and a Superfreak, maybe if I sell some other toys I can afford one.

I took off the stock graphics and them made in fluorescent Orange just to change it up a little. My buddies has the other one and is doing the same thing in highlighter yellow I it should turn out pretty good.

What material did you use? I work at a graphic shop out here in kansas and weve been putting test cuts on ski's because were not sure if our vinyl will hold up well enough

I'm not sure it stretches very well I just got the vinyl from a local sign shop not sure the type i just picked the color and started cutting I can ask him and get back with you its thin too
