Don't let my build fool you, in no way am I supposed to have the fundage for all this. But I have some very good friends, and some pretty good hookups, also I've sold my collection Volkswagen parts, to make my ski what I want. Haha. From one hobby to the next and last.

Got the pole on, having an issue with the steering cable where it mounts to the pole. Hopefully that can get sorted out.

Head is on, had to clearance the air box. Exciting

I know what ya mean man, I wouldn't even have my 2014 hull if it wasn't for my friend. If it wasn't for him, I'd still be rockin a beat up 91 SJ!

Discovered that I broke my nozzle "CATS" ring.

Alex got her all welded up. Possibly stronger than new now! Lol

After getting my steering all adjusted and trimmed my nozzle some more, I noticed my cable was binding on the pump. I had noticed this before but when I was getting full throw the cable was hard to turn.

I had to put two nuts between the cable and the nozzle. I ran out of nuts so I used what I had laying around

Lol well new hood means I need to re do them. Just gong with the buckle style

Got some watercraft factory sponsons and put them on.

Painted the screws and the remaining 5200 with a black paint pen. Loving it!

Got ski all buttoned up, and enjoyed a nice day of riding!

So, just when I thought I was done, I sold a car I had sitting around and bought some more goodies. I got some killer deals on a second hand Solas pump that was new, and a used XFT hood. Can't wait!

Also Alex hooked me up with a lightened flywheel by #PFMgarage .

Got it all apart and ready for some new parts!

nice build. the pump and flywheel will feel like you added a few extra HP and helps a lot with hookup. no regrets there!

Got my hood in the mail! Got it painted since it came red, and put it on. With 88% success I transferred the stock decals onto the new hood. We will see how long they last. But they seemed to stick good.
